the days preceding gracie's departure...

i remember how the last few days before i left last year was very memorable, and it doesnt fail to bring a smile to my face when i browse thru the pics. thought of recording gracie's last few days, even the basic what-happened-kind cause im sure it can trigger all gracie's memories...
yesterday, we went to Mi's house for lunch with my grandparents, Uncle Reyno and his new wife, Chris. hehe Mi's darling dog, Ben was there too.. haha seems to be more 'intelligent' nowadays... hehehe then Mummy and i went swimming, and being the school hols, and the gym being closed, so the pool was sooooo crowded.. ehhe got eye candy also. but better not say anything here... :-)
today, went for lunch with Aunty Diana, Tricia and Tanya. the three of them are just sooooo beautiful... tanya's even more beautiful than i last remembered. we went for lunch in the Royal Selangor Club... soooooooo much food... was really nice to see aunty Diana again.. then after such hectic past few days, mum and i stayed home, though gracie went for some Actorlympics with brandon and andrew and tiffany and a few others...
hehe oh well... going to watch desperate housewives now... :-) sigh.. dunno why the blog so boring...
oh and im soooooooooooo hungry these days... sigh... ehhe

wow... just realised im soooo bloody fat la... darn... im beginning to hate myself...

anyways... went shopping with mum and gracie today.. we left around 12, reached 12.30 like that, had this amazing thai lunch, gracie's treat at Siam Kitchen then shopped, shopped and shopped till aroun 7.30. mummy bought me the most amazing necklace set, im so in love with it now... that and a beautiful ring... sigh... eheh so happy... will post pics of the new hush puppy dog another time...
then brandon did me (well my sister's more like it.. hehe ) a huge favour, he picked me up and dropped me off at Asia Cafe to meet abhilash and terry then drove bck with gracie to catch a movie in midvalley, then they came all the way to pick me up back and go mamak in bangsar... hehehe very very tiring day... was nice to meet up with abhi and terry. i think abhi's one of the most genuine and honest fellas around. trust them to talk abt everything from lamborghinis to inflation to shopping. hehe very nice guys. finished around midnight, then at bangsar met andrew, tiffany, will and two of brandon's friends. another interesting bunch... :-) reached home almost two. very interesting day...

i still think im soooo fat.. sigh...

Dining like Lords and Ladies at the KL Tower

hehe went to restoran berputar seri angkasa... hehe revolving restaurant. we went to church first, to fulfill our weekly obligation, to replenish our supply of spiritual food, then we headed off to the KL Tower, which is super near St Johns. dad drove the crv, so it was a comfortable ride... we hung around for awhile and snapped some pics... the view was amazing. on normal days, the carpark is around rm2.50 per fifteen minutes! we were given tickets, then the lady pressed the elevator button for us, took 59 seconds to reach the top floor. we went in and our table was special cause daddy was an airod employee, there was a platter of starter (small sushi pieces) under a metal food cover, and a nice songket table runner. then later we had crackers with stuff on top, and a platter of fruits.. eheh really interesting... the ambience was amazing, live acoustic music too... the view, was breathtaking... it takes 90 mins for a full rotation... ehehe we ate for abt 3 hours.. and snapped some photos too... all in all, a very unforgettable experience...

was sooo depressed the past week... then this morning was no better, KL recorded an API of 365, and things looked like it wud only worsen. then by a power only God cud be capable of, visibility went from 0.69 km in the morning to a whooping 8km now! can swim again! Yahoo weather isnt even recording our weather as "HAZE" as it has been doing the past few days... i sneaked and gulped in a breath of air and it's only slightly polluted... thank you Jesus! thank you so very much... really hope it stays this way... though i think it's due to the wind blowing south east at a speed of 21kph... pity the people who are breathing in the haze blown away from here... :-) will not let the guilt drag me down for now...im haaaaapppppiiieeee...!!!

wow... just 15 mins ago, i was blissfully ignorant of space travel and the dangers and risks associated with it. then my dear friend, edwin, was kind enuff to broaden my knowledge on space travel cause he himself was worried abt the descent of the shuttle, discovery. as he directed me to different sites, the sordid details of the columbia incident scared me and brought me crashing back to earth and reality. they have to fly backwards! at impossibly hot temperatures! mind-boggling engineering...
now, though im the wiser, i think i almost liked it better when i was ignorant...
